Crowds are in for a real treat on Saturday, 23rd June when the Blackwood Carnival will parade from the market place to Argos where the Blackwood Town Council main stage will host a selection of local musicians and acts, with a full programme of entertainment.
The colourful carnival parade will feature a variety of novel ‘trolley floats’ decorated by individuals, groups, schools and local retailers in this year’s theme of ‘Year of the Sea’.
